Did the Academy Hospital at Chattanooga move to Marietta, and if so, what date did it move?

My ancestor has 3 different cards in his NARA file stating 3 different possible locations for his death.

His name appears on a register of officers and soldiers of the Army of the Confederate States who were killed in battle, or who died of wounds or disease. When deceased: August 20, 1863. Where and from what cause: Academy Hosp., Chatt., Tenn. Effects: (blank) When recieved: September 1, 1863.

His name appears on a register of claims of deceased officers and soldiers from Alabama which were filed for settlement in the Office of the Confederate States Auditor for the War Department. By whom presented: Sarah A. Wyatt, wid. When filed: December 4, 1863. Where died, Cleveland, Tenn.

His name appears on an invoice of money and effects left by deceased soldiers in Academy Hospital at Marietta, Ga. Invoice date December 29, 1863. Date of death August 20, 1863. Currency $1.60.

He was a member of Company E, 2nd Battalion Georgia SS which trasnfered to the 9th Alabama Battalion which became the 58th Alabama Infantry.

They were at Chattanooga in the summer of '63. I am not clear on just when Bragg evacuated the City and when the hospitals moved south.

If he died at Marietta, would he be buried in the Confederate Cemetery in Marietta? His name is James W. Wyatt.
