Some (if not all) of the original manuscripts for the AGR are in the Boone National Guard research library in Frankfort. (It's been probably 15 years since I've been there, and I think the library has moved in the meantime, so I can't say for sure where it is located now.)

If you can access those, you might be able to verify whether or not there was a typo between the manuscripts and the printed book. But I doubt if you would find any other info - info that got left out of the book, for instance.

These original manuscripts are not WBTS period documents - they date from the time that the info was compiled from the original muster rolls in the National Archives (early 1900s, I presume). I've never been sure myself whether KY folks traveled to DC and transcribed the info there, or whether the original muster rolls were loaned to KY for a time.
