Yes, I think there is some mix up. We are not so sure that the accomplishments attributed to our WmF Coleman are actually correct.

To top it all off, he vanishes in the 1900's - just seems to vanish - the house was given to his wife and life moved on without him. No obit every found - just gone. Family says he just walked away one day. hhmmmm..
