1st Lieut. T G W Sallee, Co "H" 12th MO Cav. from Jackson County, Missouri died in Jasper County, MO in 1901, where he had been living with his daughter. Various records list him as T G W Sallee or Sallie, George Sallee or George Washington Sallee. Does anyone know if this is the same "Wash" Sallee who is listed as having attended the Quantrill reunions? Records indicate he deserted the 12th in Jan of 1863 and took amnesty in Lexington in May of 1865.
