There is one on abebooks.com where the seller will take a money order. However, the price is a little too much for my blood! They've gone up since I got my copy! You might see if you could get your hands on a copy to look through by inter-library loan. I'm pretty sure the State Historical Society of Missouri at Columbia has a copy, and probably the Herman T. Pott/Mercantile Library in St. Louis also has it.
