Re: Unsourced secondary materials

Kirby;
The original amnesty papers images are on Fold3. The McNamara writing is sourced to the Daily Missouri Republican Nov. 6 1886, St Louis MO. "From Arkedelphia to Pleasant Hill..." There are several primary sources regarding Capt Joseph Kelly and the Washington Blues and their role in the Camp Jackson affair. If you care to list the 1873 History of St Louis County and City and Encyclopedia of the history of St. Louis: a compendium of history ..., Volume 4 edited by William Hyde, Howard Louis Conard 1899 secondary sources so be it.

The links I listed were put there to point the reader to sources to provide leads but all are corroborated and sourced well in particular Jim Mcghee's work on the MoGen site.

Humbly
John R.
