Hello. I remember the site that I could look at ( before I had a melt down) which I had found. There was a big monument to the men who had died at Camp Douglas. I also know there was a big debate over how many were there.
Is there a list somewhere that says who all was there?
Or was someone able to compile a list? I know there was a lot hidden by the Yankees, but knowing how things are in this day and time, I was thinking someone may have put together a revised list.
In this day of constant search for lost kin, if it has not happened, I bet it will happen. Just wondering.
