Sir, the MS Dept. of of Archives and History has the original grave cards on micro film. The fee used to $15.00. It will contain his Company, Regiment and in most cases he birth and death date and who the informant was. Many of the old original markers don't have dates but yet the dates are on the cards. I have found the birth and deaths of 2 of my GG/GF's that have stones with no dates.
