Some of the locals play Bluegrass and Gospel at the old store here in Busy Corner on Friday nights. Two bad it is about 2 hrs south of V'burg.
May want to see if maybe Jeff or Gordon Cotton can help line someone up. (Not trying to volunteer you Jeff, just thinking you may know someone.)
And John and Stephen, before things about Busy Corner run amuck such as the Pink Palace, Busy Corner is a set of cross roads with one old country store. In the 1930s, a stranger was traveling the road from Gloster to Summit, and stopped at the store to ask directions. Back then it was a road thru pretty muchly barren wilderness, taking over an hour to travel by car then (It is about 15 miles from Gloster to the store) there were 4 or 5 men standing around under the shed at the store, and being the 1st people he had seen since leaving Gloster said, "My, this is a busy corner." and the name stuck.
The PP, I'll explain later.
