Thanks, Mike. She was quite a lady. I can picture her steel backbone. What is now the Lockheed plant in Marietta was in WW11 the Bell Aircraft Company. They also made B-29s like the Enola Gay, of Hiroshima fame. The first girl who ever kissed me was Martha Bell, a distant relative of Larry Bell. I was too young to follow through, darn it! lol

Do we know what happened to Lee's papers upon his death in 1875 Could Longstreet's be with them? Are they in Richmond, or at Washington-Lee? Stan
