Good link Stan. I did not have a chance to read all of your link to citizenship for legal aliens, but do you know when that started. Was it in the Civil war that it first started. I knew that they did that in WWI and WWII. It was a way to cut three years off your time for elgibility. Do it in four instead of seven. FC
