Re: Question
In Response To: Question ()

To whom it may concern,

I am going to answer a few of these questions. In no particular order, no names,

I never said the North was good to the blacks in anyway shape or form.. Before
the war, during the war, or after.. Read my post, they were not even allowed in the
state of Illinios. If I remember, A. Lincoln wanted to send them to some island
in the ocean. Don't ask the source, I will find it later.

The fort Pillow affair, I am not convinced about what happened there.. If a couple
of you gentlemen could direct me to some good books to read, I would seriously
like to study this.. No kidding.....

" I honestly believe we have more blacks than the state of Miss.", well I guess
your right on the %. Its like grapes, a bunch.

My orignal post was about W/Virg. leaving the mother state. Someone sent a blog
about a state leaving a state in the USA. W/Virg. left Virg. who was in the CSA
in 1863. That would be a forgeign country wouldn't it ??

Aint it great to live in a country where you can have your own ideas &
opinions & views!!

I never called anybody no names, nor screamed (capital letters), or got angry.

Remember the age old & worn out saying about the person standing next to the
railroad track & watching the train go by, he sees it traveling left to
right. The person standing directly across the track sees the same train
traveling right to left.... They are both correct!!

I almost forgot, I posted about Cleburne trying to get Jeff Davis to draft the blacks & was shot down big time..
Yes I agree with you, the public was with him, it was Davis & the polictco's in Richmond that did him in. I
guess I didn't write it correctly..

If someone could send me what books to read about Ft. Pillow affair, would be greatly appreciated....

I am going to church tomorrorw morn. & I will pray for all of us!!
