Re: How do you educate someone?

I would like to point out what I believe truely happened was the U.S. Constitution changed from Constitutional Law to Quasi-Legislative Law under Lincoln's Republicans. Prior to the 13th Amendment the only wording in the Constitution that gave Congress the power to exercise exclusive legislation was in Article 1, Section 8....

"To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; And To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof."

After Lincoln's people gained power the wording in the first Amendments to the Constitution since 1804 has this added at the end...

Amendment 13..."Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."

Amendment 14..."The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."

Amendment 15..."The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."

Amendment 18..."The Congress and the several States shall have concurrent power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."

Amendment 19..."Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."

Amendment 23..."The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."

Amendment 24..."The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."

Amendment 26..."The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."

The Supreme Court over the years since has supported this power forced upon the States, at a time when Lincoln's armies controlled most of the country, to Congress by Lincoln's people as a means to control those States, and with each new Amendment it's grown more powerful since.
