Two John Martins from Pickett's division were wounded and captured in the third day's charge: Private John C. (Co. H/18 VA) and Sergeant John C. (Co. G/57 VA). As for companies composed of men of predominantly Irish birth or heritage at Gettysburg that come close to your criteria are Company C, 1st Virginia Infantry and Company I, 8th Alabama Infantry.
