Actuyally, guys, there is a small Confederate section at Arlington, I would guess 100-125 graves, but that is a guess from a dim memory. It was originally set aside for the Confederate solidiers who were prisoners and died in the Washington area, starting in 1864, if I recall corrrextly. But after the war a few Confederate veterans form the Washington area were interred there. I believe that there is an internet site for this section. I found Perry M. DeLeon, a Confederate naval officer form Sumter, that way. I last visited it in late 1997, while attending a wedding at the Fort Meyer Chapel. From the chapel, facing it, you go the the right, and its just inside the wall. I guess its in the highest part of the cemetery, which would be the very back from the main entrance. A very impressive spot.
