Re: South Carolina Medical College

Big help, Fred. Thanks. I have looked at Ioor's two volume work, a long time ago, but never tried to bump it against the graduate list. I suspect that a lot more of these men served in the Army, some in medical capacities, some, like CXol. Pressely, as regular line officers, and good ones, too. For the really serious student of this, the Medical College (or is it University now?) at Charleston has a historical library, in a separate building form the Medical Library, and they have put together biographical sketches of a scattering of their graduates from this period. I'm embarrased that I do not ahve a number or contact information.
