One was KIA and buried there and his brother was later KIA on a troop train accident near Rienzi, MS. Reports tell me that Venable, 5th, stopped the retreat of the survivors of the Union forces at the Hornets Nest and they assisted in the capture of 2000 prisoners in the first day of the the
