I have the Service Record for a member of the 19th Tennessee Infantry Regiment. One of the record cards is taken from an entry from a Register of Payments on Descriptive Lists. That in turn was copied from Confederate Archives, Chapter 5, File No. 53, page ().

My question is this: is it possible to refer to the original record from which the copy was taken? If so, where and how?
