Hi, this is Kent again, I wrote a day or two ago about the
150th North carolina Infantry? my regiment was wrong. Well
I started looking at the letters more and found the the soldier writing to his family from the field was stationed in what I think is camp Whiten? or something to that affect.
The town on the letter is Wilmington, North Carolina. If anybody has any info about all of the camps in Wilmington at the time of the civil war that begin with "W" that will be of much help. The letter is very hard to read and the spelling is also bad.
