I doubt we will do that unless the officials say we have to. they somewhat hard nosed on all matters of maybe and anything in doubt. I don't think we may find any DD record and if not , then he gets the benefit of the doubt that they did not do it officially due to his service for a year wihtout pay and anything else he may have done to redeam himself.
