I e-mailed Scott Hutchinson to see what his source of information was for the Find A Grave entry for the Craig County, Va., Clifton G. Hill. The Ladoga, Indiana/42nd Va. Clifton G. Hill was still living in 1913, so unless the dates on the tombstone in Craig County are wrong, I just don't see the connection.
