George....great info. I've never been to Thornrose. I'm putting it on the list of places to visit when the wife and I take a small break in the coming weeks to make our annual visit into the Blue Ridge to try some smallmouth bass action. I've got friends in Staunton and Waynesboro. If I make it there (which I'll try to do) can I bring anything back for you with my camera? Same invitation to you Kerry. We had a wonderful Sunday, just past, wandering the the grounds of Spotsylvania Battlefield. It was one of the lengthiest visits I have ever made there. It helped with my Richmond Howitzer research a lot.
