In Response To: Monuments ()

There is a 42 Va monument.....at least in part. There is s marker for Jones's Brigade, of which the 42nd was a part. It references the 42nd on it. It is off of East Confederate Ave, which winds around the base of Culp's Hill. I spent a brief time there early on a Sunday Morning and had the place to myself. I had a hard time imagining the struggle there.....the growth of trees and such makes it hard to envision the battle they had there.
