You will not be able to obtain a copy of the actual clothing receipt. It is stored in the National Archives in Washington. However, if you order the Compiled Military Service Record for the other man, J A White of Company B, 6th Alabama Cavalry, you will receive a copy of the single card where your ancestor's clothing receipt was noted, as that is where it is misfiled.
You should receive much more detailed information from his pension application. I would recommend ordering that. You will need to be clear when ordering that you are ordering the CMSR for one man, and the pension application for a separate individual with the same name. (Reference the pension number provided earlier.) Both records can be ordered from the link below, and by doing so you support these message boards.
