No, to be honest, I have never seen one.
As the old saying goes, it is never too late, so perhaps you could raise a monument in your hometown if you wish to take that on.
You need to remember that even in this day and age, many of the folks in the South are shocked to find out that their ancestors fought for the Union.
I just delivered the news to a lady last week that her ancestor was an Union soldier. I could see the surprise all over her face. I also provided her with the correct site to visit so that she could learn more of her family history.
