Thanks Bob,I had also noticed the age discrepancies on Joel Shrum, but I still feel he is buried in Liberty Riddlin Cemetary in Illinois.I find it strange that he was mustered out or discharged in 1865 and returned to Illinois to live and didnt die until 1913 or1915 and then would be shipped to Arkansas for burial.Could someone check with who ever issues the Military tombstones and see if Joel was issued two?I also find it strange the Cemetary is not for sure if Joel is buried there. Asa Joyner Shrum was my GGGrandfather and was living there in Pulaski Co Ark at the time of his death and records show he was buried in the National Cemetary there.I visited the Cemetary and was disappointed that his name was not on the Roster as being buried there.I am concerned that he doesnt have a stone and has never been recognized.I would like for this to be looked into and straighten out if possible. Thanks, again Louann Bonham
