Yes Bryan, and I have a photo of that letter, in color. I also know the descendant of the Captain Taylor I believe of Company C who still has the original which I was able to make the photo from. He also refers to it as having something to do with the Catholics, especially that emblem on top of the pole, he calls it the Catholic axe or hatchet or something I believe. If I knew how I would attach it to this but I do have the photo.
