During my last medical check-up, I mentioned to my doctor that I get to where I'll misplace my car keys and forget where I put them, and asked him if that was a sign of early senility. He gave me a great answer. He said forgetting where I put my keys was no big deal, but if I start to forget what my keys are for, then I should probably come in and see him. That eased my mind a little.
