In at least two on-line versions of the O.R.'s that I've looked at, there are scanning errors. I was reading one report in which the scanner garbled a single word that completely changed the sense of the report. So when citing a report in the O.R.'s, one needs to ensure that subtle errors have not been induced by technology.
