That seems to be another strike against the B. F. Lowe who was buried in Parker County, Texas. His widow, Mary Adeline Connell Lowe, married Confederate veteran Wiley Preston Hays and moved to Upshur County in East Texas. Obviously a different widow from the widow who applied for a pension on the basis of B. F. Lowe who served in the 3rd Arkansas.
