Ok, I should have kept digging, and I would have figured it out. There was another set of officer commissioned on May 17, 1861

2rd Lieut Wm. A. Yarnell, vice Will Hicks
3rd Lieut John P. Andrews, Vice Virgil H. Petty,

I think this is definetly Company K of the 7th Arkansas. Andrews adn Holloway are both in the unit with McCauley.
