As far as I know that is where the flag resides. The state archive website had a list of the flags in its collection the last time I looked. The images that I have come from a book of the flags that are in the collection. The scans that I have are in black and white. I will scan them and e-mail them to you if you like. It is two pages that include a short history of the flag and a picture of it. The picture gives a decent view of the flag enough to discern how it looked.
