George is correct, first place is the NPS data base. Dont get discouraged if you do not find them there. Many soldiers are not located there. The State of Georgia has a very good Data base of soldiers who fought in GA units. Also, as a side note. I looked through a medical data base I have from two CSA hospitals in Atlanta and found an Alfred H. Dozier (1 GA Co. B), Mathew W. Dozier (6th GA Mil.) and a Richard Dozier (6th GA Mil.) Pvts. all. Let me know if they may be related to your George Dozier.
