My Great Grandfather was William Henry Hudson Of Montecello, Ky. 3rd KY Infantry Volunteers (Union). He enlisted in 1861 at age 18 as a private. was promoted to Sergeant/staff quartermaster for a time. Later was promoted to 1st Lieutenant and then Captain of Company H.

Wounded twice.
I have a picture of him and some of his roster information from the national archives.

He married Mary Howard Munford of Munfordville.

Would like more information on the him and the 3rd Kentucky Infantry (Union) and any pictures.

I am a competent photographer and can copy/restore
old photos.

Would be especially interested in corresponding with decendants of Captain Hudson and Mary Howard Munford Hudson.
