Dear Kris L., or anyone who knows him. I have been conducting an archival study on the "Western Sharpshooters-14th Missouri Volunteers". I have been at the Missouri State Archives in Jefferson City. I know that the Archives would be eager to receive, conserve, preserve and (likely) display such a relic of Colonel Patrick E. Burke and the WSS-14th Missouri Volunteers. Please contact me here, or at wssregt@gmail.com. yours respectfully, James Sullivan
