They are filed in order under the name of the officer who conducted the inspection. Lord willing, I plan to review all of them, making images of most pages. In the past I made photocopies of relevant letters and reports, but they seem to easier to review and catalog if stored on CDs in TIF format.
CDs are fifty cents each, so it's much cheaper than photocopy images as well. Each reel includes just over a thousand images. If resolution is more than 300 DPI, it doesn't take more than an hour or so to fill up a 700 MB disk.
