Penny, most of our views on this board are set in stone. Including mine. However from what I've see, I have been converted to what many old Southron writers said, We are a different people, as different as a Chinaman and a Zulu. Oh we look alike, read the same books and go to the same church, but deep down inside we both look askance at each other at a certain level. It doesn't mean a Chinaman and a Zulu can't be friends. It just means a Chinaman is a Chinaman, a Zulu a Zulu, a Reb a Reb and a Yank a Yank. With not much desire, if any, to be one of the other three.
