How are you? Its hot here.

I dont mind ya askin at all, yes i think my dads people did ride with the gierillas, they ran gun powder up and down the Missouri river. They were river rats. My dads people never quite trusted authority after the war.

My mothers g grandfather was a nco he was killed,and the family lost all the land he owned almost a thousand acers, his widow was treated verry poorley.

I wish i knew more, but as i only knew my moms mother, the other grand parents died long before i was born.

I am doing research, but cant find much yet.

My mothers people were from your area I think Scotts and Irish.
