I checked my database, but did not find any Scotts in Pushmataha Co. OK. That doesn't mean he wasn't a Civil War veteran, just that I have not identified him as one. Several years ago I went through the Pushmataha Co. OK Cemetery book and extracted vets and also compared to the 1910 census for the county to add others. I have not gone back and checked against the CW pension index.

Should you determine that he is indeed a CW vet, please forward that information to me! If I find anything to confirm it I will send the info to you.
