It is not a word-by-word transcript of his speech, but does explain in detail his arguments and does quote much of it. The part about revolution may be found, I believe, on the bottom right of page 155 going onto page 156.

Again, most of the speech can be found in the massive collection of Lincoln speeches and letters entitled "The Living Lincoln," edited by Paul M. Angle and Earl Schenck Miers (which I have seen numerous times on the Barnes & Noble bargain shelf for $10).
