The headquarters from our local SCV camp is on a U.S. highway and an 16' X 20' Confederate Battle Flag is flying from the pole. In the past, we have flown a 2nd or 3rd National of equal size.

And our late chaplain happened to be a black man, an ordained Baptist preacher. He had asked for a CBF to be draped over his coffin and this was done at his funeral 5 years ago.
