Then maybe you didn't get 'all' of them Joe. Shoot a Florida Panther and ya get in trouble. We have car tags for them just like the Manatee. Seems they are considered endangered. I guess in the grand scheme of things they may be but wasn't that long ago they said Gators were endangered. Evidently the jury on that was not watching the Swamp People. No shortage of Gators now. Got to admit they may be fewer in numbers in the Glades because of the dang idiots dumping the snakes they decided they really didn't want when the snake grew a bit.

I read something a while back that said the Panther wasn't considered a big cat because of some lack of vocal cord or hyoid bone or whatchamacallit. They can't roar but they sure can scream.
