Hey Guys,

I saw this thread while digging around on the web for info on the the 3rd Tennessee Mounted Infantry. My Great Great Great Grandfather, Pvt. James E. Gann died at Vicksburg at the Pest House Hospital, April 1863.

Could anyone direct me how to find out more information on how he died? What battles he fought in?
