Greg- I believe you'll find a complete set of Tennessee federal CSR's on microfilm at the Tennessee State Library in Nashville-I know the Memphis Library has them. There are supposed to be copies at the McClung Collection at UT in Knoxville and Hamilton County Library in Chattanooga
