Re: Help with Cureton, 25th Texas Cav

http://www.researchonline.net/txcw/index2.htm Little Al, this is a link to a page that tells about the 25th Texas. Just click " Military Units in Tx." in box on left of screen. My grt-grt-grdfather was in Co.I and was captured at Arkansas Post. If you wish to read anything about the 25th Texas,"This Band of Heroes: Granbury's Texas Brigades,C.S.A." and "Between the Enemy and Texas:Parson's Texas Cavalry in the Civil War" are two books that I highly recommend.
