Re: Blackstone Hardeman, Jr.
In Response To: Blackstone Hardeman, Jr. ()

As many of you may know, Blackstone Hardeman, Jr., his mother, Anna Bunch Hardeman,
and his young son, Bruce, are buried in unmarked graves in a rural area of Nacogdoches
county, Texas. I visited the grave site last year and found that it was overgrown in brush,
vines, and weeds. I would like to see these graves properly marked and I am sending this
message to see if there is any interest in this project.

A rough estimate of cleaning up the site and placing small markers on the graves would
probably be about $4,000.

There are only a few people ( 10 - 12) who know where the graves are located, and in
a few years there may be no one living who knows their whereabouts, and the graves will be
permanently lost.

If anyone has any interest in helping, please respond.

Sincerely,

Terry Hardeman
