COLBERT, A. - 20th Georgia buried in Culpeper

Culpeper - Fairview Cemetery
Most of the burials here came from hospitals in the area. A list of 369 soldiers known to be buried here was prepared by the ladies of Culpeper & published in the Culpeper Observer on May 27, 1866.

These soldiers are buried in a mound beneath the Confederate monument in Fairview Cemetery. Fairview Cemetery is located on US522 9Sperryville Road) five blocks west of Main Street in Culpeper, Virginia.
