My ancestor, Francis Marion Kinard, was wounded at the battle of Ellerson's (Ellison's) Mill on June 26, 1862. He was moved to General Hospital #11 where he died on July 11, 1862. He was in the 44th Ga.. Where would he be buried? Several years ago I posted this question on the board, and got an answer about his exact burial place, I made notes of it, but since have moved and lost all my notes. I am coming to Virginia this fall and would love to visit his grave. Best I can remember he is not buried at Hollywood. Can anyone help me. thanks in advance for any and all help. tom
