Most Peninsula Campaign Confederates were buried at Oakwood Cemetery Just outside of the city to the east in Henrico County. It's actually within the city limits now. You can contact the cemetery for info. If you can't get any answers I have some Virginia Division SCV friends that can help. There is a very accurate list of all Confederate burials at Oakwood. The cemetery doesn't have it. But I know how to get to it.
