That last "J. Wyatt" was probably him.

My family knew G-Grandpaw was a CW vet just from word of mouth. My sis-in-law (who is doing the bulk of our family's geneology work) found out where James had (in his old age) applied for a "Cofederate Pension" from the state of Alabama. The applicaton also had a note from a local doctor affirming his inabilty to continue farming.

The 31st Reg and his mustering location were also listed.
